What is included?
Prior to starting the project we protect existing structures (floors, steps, handrails, walls), finishes, materials and components.
Demo: Remove the existing tub and floor and wall tiles. Remove toilet, faucets and vanity.
Installation: Install a new rough-in valve. Install new bathtub and acrylic walls. Install new waterproof, scratch resistant LVP flooring. Install a new toilet. Install new vanity with faucet and mirror. Install new baseboards. Patch drywall. Paint entire bathroom (one color).
What is not included?
Repair and replace damadged subfloor or framing.
Repair and replace plumbing components ( Shutt off valves, toilet flange, clogged up drains, etc.).
Relocate electric and plumbng fixtures.
Remove and replace the drywall in the entire bathroom.
